Educational qualification 

Candidates should have completed Master Degree in Concerned Subject with B.Ed from a recognized University.

B.Ed Qualifications for subjects other than : 

Botany, Chemistry, English, Economics, Geography, History, Hindi, Mathematics, Odia, Physics, Political Science, Sanskrit and Zoology shall not be mandatory eligibility criteria for post of Post Graduate Teacher.

Age Limit

A. Career Marks – 70 Marks

1. Matriculation – 10%

2. Higher Secondary – 10%

3. Bachelor Degree – 20%

4. Post Graduate – 30%

5. B.Ed – 30%

Non-B.Ed PGT Subjects : 

Commerce, Anthropology and Sociology etc. the weightage for Post Graduate will be 60%.
