Educational Qualification

1. District Accounts Manager 

The candidate must have passed CA / Inter CA 

from Institute of Chartered Accountants of 

India with minimum 03 years of post 

qualification experience in financial 

management. 

 OR 

 The candidate must have passed ICWA 

/ Inter ICWA from Institute of Cost 

Accountants of India with minimum 03 

years of post qualification experience in 

financial management. 

 OR 

 The candidate must have passed 02 

years course in MBA (Finance) or its 

equivalent courses such as PGDBM 

(Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / PGDBA 

(Finance). S/he must have minimum 03 

years of post qualification experience in 

financial management. 

 OR 

 The candidate must have passed 02 

years course in Master of Finance & Control 

(MFC). S/he must have minimum 03 years 

of post qualification experience in financial 

management.

System in-charge

Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree from a recognized University.

Block Data Manager

Candidates should have completed Graduation with 50-55% marks in aggregate.

Passed PGDCA/DCA/MCA/BCA/Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology from a recognized Institution.

Public Health Manager

Candidates Should have completed MBBS or PG Degree/Diploma from a recognized University or Institution.
