Manager (Engg-Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil with 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Manager (Engg-Elect): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical with 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Manager (Finance): MBA with Finance specialization, PGDM in Finance, Cost Accountant, CA, or CFA with 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounts using ERP like SAP.

Manager (Information Technology): Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics) or MCA with 3 years of relevant experience.

Manager (Architecture): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, registered with the Council of Architecture, with 3 years of experience.

Salary 

Manager (Group-A, E-3 Level): Pay scale ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000. The approximate CTC is Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum.

Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1 Level): Pay scale ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000. The approximate CTC is Rs. 14 Lakhs per annum.

Additional Benefits: Emoluments include basic pay, dearness allowance, perks at 35% of basic pay, HRA, CPF, gratuity, social security schemes, and medical benefits.

Selection process 

Candidates selected by the process of  

The selection process features a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of objective-type questions with no negative marking for wrong answers.

Post codes 1 to 11 include an Interview as a subsequent step following the CBT.

For Manager (Fire Services), the process involves Application Verification, a Physical Measurement Test, a Driving Test, and a Physical Endurance Test prior to the interview.

For Airport Operations posts, possessing a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license is mandatory.
