Educational Qualification
The persons fulfilling the following criteria may apply for selection of Para Legal Volunteers for District Level Service Authority.
1. Teachers (Including retired teachers)
2. Retired Government Servants and Senior citizens
3. Anganwadi Workers
4. Doctors/Physician
5. MSW Students and Teachers
6. Students and Law Students (till they enroll as a lawyer)
7. Members of Non- political, Services oriented Non-governmental organisations and clubs
8. Member of Women Neighbourhood groups, Maithri Sanghams and other Self help group including of marginalized/vulnerable group.
9. Educated Prisoners with good behaviour, serving long term sentence in prison.
10. Any other persons whom the District Legal Service Authority deems feet to be identified as Para Legal Volunteers.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
The PLVs shall be literate, preferably matriculation with a capacity for overall comprehension.
